Project Information

This course was developed as an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) presentation for a national conference of journalism educators. The convention had a time constraint of 50 minute sessions and expected attendance of approximately 30 educators from throughout the nation. The intention of this session is to aid new and experienced journalism educators to maximize efficiency and productivity of scholastic journalism publications by selecting and empowering a robust editorial staff. The presentation gives opportunity for participants to pause, reflect, collaborate, and share their own experiences in creating editorial staffs.
